She is a Chartered Surveyor with 30+ years’ experience in construction, property, and project management. She survived — and mastered — every stage of the relocation, including:

• UK/Spain tax complexities

• Setting up businesses in two countries

• Buying, renovating, and managing property with expert eyes

As passionate cyclist and triathlete, she understands the Spanish lifestyle inside and out — from mountain routes to real estate red flags.
